Since these are concentrates, will using too much harm my skin?
Each ingredient we use is totally safe. Using more than the recommended amount will not harm your skin, but our products are specially designed to stretch your money’s worth. So challenge yourself to use the smallest amount necessary.
What do you replace the water with?
We replace the water with a combination of nourishing oils, butters, and waxes, along with oil-soluble active ingredients that offer numerous benefits to the skin.
This innovative and ethical method of product creation is costlier than traditional water-based formulations but it aligns with our commitment to sustainability and producing high-quality, eco-friendly, easy-to-use skincare.
What's the expiry on the products?
The Period After Opening (PAO) on all our products is 18 months
This 18 month PAO is typically three times (3x) the average water-based skincare product - which usually has a POA of 6-9 months. Moreover, we achieve this with fewer and milder preservatives.
"How" you ask?
By eliminating the water. Water is the primary attractor of bacteria, and by removing water from our formula, we are able to use milder, natural preservatives and increase shelf life.
